Dining pleasures
In Romagna, you cannot think about holidays without considering also the gastronomic aspect. While in winter we put all our efforts into offering you a rich breakfast to let you relax and enjoy your time, in summer the half-board basis allows the kitchen staff to show all their creativity with original menus and fine wines.
BreakfastFor us, breakfast means starting the day in a relaxed way, knowing that everyone has a different biological rhythm and wakes up at a different time. Opening your eyes gently, looking at the sunlight and following the scent of coffee into a breakfast room which stays open until 11.30 am to welcome even the most sleepy guests: this is the morning philosophy of a hotel which greets its guests in the morning with home-made pastries and home-made products, cheeses and cured meats, yogurt, fruit and fruit juices. |
RestaurantIn the summer, we apply our “slow” philosophy also to the half-board service. The restaurant becomes then a hall full of sophisticated but traditional flavours of Romagna, where our typical cuisine pairs with international trends to create menus able to satisfy any special needs or intolerances, always making use of very fresh ingredients paired with the best wines.
